About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Intern at Leap, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about empowering students' aspirations for a global career and education. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and gaining exposure to the latest digital marketing trends and tools. You will work closely with the team to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Support the team with daily monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (e.g., keyword performance, creative effectiveness).
- Assist in the preparation of data analysis reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct basic keyword research and help refine targeting strategies for campaigns.
- Help the creative team with content creation, ad copywriting, and ensure ads align with overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and paid media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (basic knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
