About the Role
As an Executive - Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues related to their insurance policies. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and provide support in after-sales activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling customer calls, emails, and walk-ins, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and provide support in after-sales activities.
- Manage customer data and documentation accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a cash log accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Participate in marketing activities and promote our products and services to customers.

- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Relations: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Marketing: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Certifications: Customer Service Certification or any other relevant certification.
