About the Role

In this role, you will be working in a voice support process for a US-based client, providing technical assistance to customers via phone calls. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to routers, antivirus software, and printers.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone calls.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for routers, antivirus software, and printers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, including routers, antivirus software, and printers.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
