About the Role
As a Management Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the HR domain and help you develop skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, and people management.
You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent, create job postings, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the HR industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help create job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research to identify top talent and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field (preferably HR or related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
