Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage service records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, improving overall customer support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (freshers with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply).
- Customer Support certification (desirable but not mandatory).
