About the Role
This role involves handling customer inquiries in Telugu via semi-voice calls, providing service coordination, and resolving service requests in a timely manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via semi-voice calls in Telugu, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide service coordination, ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage service requests, tracking and resolving issues in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Telugu language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using software applications and tools for customer service and record-keeping.
- Degree in any field (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., etc.) from a recognized university.
