About the Role

This role involves handling customer inquiries in Telugu via semi-voice calls, providing service coordination, and resolving service requests in a timely manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via semi-voice calls in Telugu, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide service coordination, ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage service requests, tracking and resolving issues in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Telugu language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using software applications and tools for customer service and record-keeping.
  • Degree in any field (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., etc.) from a recognized university.
