Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Surat. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting the company's hair and skin care products, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, recording customer information accurately, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role also involves informing customers about product features, offers, and promotions in a professional and engaging manner. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers Sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills to meet targets effectively Customer relationship management and service-oriented approach Proficiency with computer systems and telecommunication tools Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and calls in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus Basic knowledge of hair and skincare products is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent education; a bachelor's degree is preferred
