About the Role
As a Salesperson at Kritdesigners, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Day-to-day, you will engage in activities such as conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing targeted sales pitches to meet those needs.
You will also work closely with the sales team to share best practices, collaborate on sales strategies, and provide input on product development and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including creating and delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer data, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
