About the Role
As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. You will work closely with the banking team to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on banking products and services to customers.
- Work closely with the banking team to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Meet or exceed customer service standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Graduate Fresher: Fresh graduate with a degree in any field (commerce, arts, science, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction.
