About the Role

As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. You will work closely with the banking team to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
