Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor - Luxury, based in Indore. The Beauty Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, delivering consultations on skin care and self-care routines, maintaining product displays, and achieving retail sales targets. The role also involves educating customers about the features and benefits of Kimirica's luxury and sustainable products. Qualifications Skincare and cosmetology knowledge to provide expert advice to customers. Strong expertise in product knowledge and understanding of luxury offerings. Excellent customer service and communication skills to create memorable experiences. Proven experience in retail sales and achieving sales targets. Passion for wellness, sustainability, and luxury beauty products. Ability to work effectively in an on-site retail environment and collaborate with team members. Prior experience in a beauty or luxury retail environment is an advantage.
