About the Role
This HR recruitment and management role involves day-to-day tasks such as talent acquisition, talent management, and HR sourcing. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a strong employer brand, as well as creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to retain top performers and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview notes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
