Based in Jalandhar, the role allows for a combination of office and remote work. Responsibilities include driving new business development efforts, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to the growth of the company. The Business Development Executive will also be expected to communicate effectively with internal teams and prospective clients to deliver customized solutions that align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Conduct field visits to shops, businesses, and potential customers • Promote GoodIncome services, seller programs, and franchise opportunities • Generate leads and maintain daily activity reports • Build relationships with local businesses and customers • Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information • Support seller onboarding and customer acquisition activities • Achieve daily and monthly field marketing targets • Coordinate with internal sales and business development teams • Participate in promotional campaigns and awareness activities Requirements & Qualifications • 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with daily field visits and target-based work • Ability to interact with business owners and customers confidently • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts • Own two-wheeler preferred • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven personality • Knowledge of local market and business environment is an advantage
