About the Role
• Test Case Design:Help prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and basic test data for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Test Execution:Execute test cases accurately and report results with attention to detail across multiple eCommerce and ERP projects.
• Defect Management:Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and timely follow-ups.
• Retesting & Regression:Validate defect fixes through retesting and regression testing for stable releases.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:Work with Developers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and UI/UX teams to understand requirements and quality expectations.
• Automation Exposure:Gain hands-on exposure to automation and API testing tools such as Selenium and Postman as part of structured learning.
• Reporting:Prepare and share basic test execution reports highlighting test status, observed issues, and quality risks.
