About the Role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team at Kenn IT Business Solutions in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT recruitment
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Working closely with hiring managers to fulfill IT hiring requirements
What You'll Need
- Basic understanding of IT Recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
- Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
