Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and qualify leads effectively
• Provide basic information about loan and property services
• Schedule meetings or connect clients with the advisory team
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up tracking
• Build a positive first impression aligned with RLFS brand values
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Our Requirements
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic understanding of loan products (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to handle client conversations professionally
• Disciplined approach to calling and follow-ups
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
