About the Role
In this role as SAP HCM Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes using SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software. You will work closely with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits and compensation data into the SAP HCM system. Your primary goal will be to optimize employee benefits and compensation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM benefits modules, including compensation, time-off, and leave management.
- Develop and implement employee benefits strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement compensation plans, ensuring equity and fairness.
- Manage and analyze employee data, including benefits enrollment, compensation, and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as tax laws and labor regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on SAP HCM benefits modules and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee benefits and compensation experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) software skills, including benefits, compensation, and payroll modules.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and compensation concepts, including regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as SAP HCM certification or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
