About the Role
As a Telemarketing Executive at Justdial, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to understand their business needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team. You will also be required to handle objections and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to understand their business needs and set up appointments for our sales team.
- Engage with clients to build rapport and establish trust, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to meet sales targets, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-6 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
