About the Role

As a Credit Analyst Intern at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data to assess the creditworthiness of clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve evaluating credit reports, analyzing financial statements, and making informed decisions on loan applications. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit reports and financial statements to assess creditworthiness
• Develop and maintain knowledge of credit scoring models and credit risk assessment techniques
• Analyze cash flow statements and balance sheets to identify trends and areas of concern
• Prepare and present credit analysis reports to stakeholders, including loan officers and senior management
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in credit analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective credit risk management

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of credit scoring models and credit risk assessment techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities
• CIBIL Bureau Reports and Cash Flow Analysis experience is a plus
