Key Responsibilities: At JP Financial, we are a boutique Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) firm committed to delivering goal-based financial solutions. Our focus is on helping clients achieve their life goals through a client-centric, compliant, and transparent investment advisory process. We work extensively across Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, and other investment platforms, combining personal service with the latest technology to deliver a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day business operations following defined systems and standard processes.

2. Manage client documentation, KYC, and regulatory compliance across all investment products.

3. Execute mutual fund transactions via platforms like MFU, NSE MF, etc.

4. Complete the back office of the Investment functions, including updating and maintaining the reporting softwares

5. Coordinating with Mutual funds/PMS providers and other platform providers such as MFU, BSE, and NSE MF, etc.

6. Coordinate with AMCs, PMS providers, and transaction platforms for operational execution and issue resolution.

7. Communicate with clients via phone and email for servicing requests and handholding on platform usage.

8. Reconcile investor transactions, prepare MIS reports, and generate capital gain and holding statements.

9. Manage non-financial service requests like nominee updates, bank changes, and address modifications.

10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, compliance management, and operational excellence.
