Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Catalogue Management) Location: Bangalore Department: E-commerce Employment Type: Full Time – Onsite (Mon-Sat, 10AM – 7PM) Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain the product catalogue for the organization. Key Responsibilities Maintain the catalogue for the E-commerce website, and online markets. Interact with the image editing and CAD teams to ensure the correct images are uploaded to the website and marketplaces. Validate the catalogue and product correctness (product title, image, description and finer nuances) in the pre-production (Staging/Lower instance) environment before updating the data in production. Liaise with co-ordinators across different time zones and ensure the catalogue & inventory information is complete. Convert catalogue, pricing and inventory data into the application -specific format before updating the data on the website. Work closely with the content writer & SEO team before building the catalogue Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) Proven experience in e-commerce, catalogue management or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle high volumes of queries and multitask effectively Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Magento, Sales Force etc Key Competencies Customer-centric approach Patience and empathy Time management and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work in a growing e-commerce environment Skill development and career growth opportunities
