Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive periodic reviews and initial onboarding assessments in strict alignment with established client KYC policies.
• Gather, verify, and document critical information regarding corporate structures, identifying ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) for trusts, partnerships, and public/private companies.
• Proactively follow up on internal referrals, missing documentation, and client queries to ensure timely case resolution.
• Identify high-risk scenarios and accurately determine when to escalate complex cases to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or Team Leads.
• Source accurate data from multiple internal and external systems, transferring it seamlessly into the primary compliance database while meeting productivity targets.

What You'll Need

• Recent graduates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional deductive reasoning skills with the ability to analyze complex corporate structures and identify potential compliance risks.
• Ability to maintain extremely high standards of quality and accuracy while processing corporate renewal reviews under strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to independently manage a high-volume caseload throughout the end-to-end KYC process.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple data sources and internal systems to accurately extract and record client information.
