About the Role

As a fresher in the finance department at Jobrapido, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of company finances, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data, maintaining financial records, and providing support for financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data, including data entry, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Provide support for financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new financial systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
