About the Role

As a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) in the Assurance AM Profile, you will be responsible for providing assurance services to clients, ensuring their financial statements are accurate and compliant with accounting standards such as IFRS and Indian GAAP. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

This role involves a mix of technical and soft skills, including client relationship management, ideation, and pitching. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assurance services to clients, including audits and reviews of financial statements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including IFRS and Indian GAAP.
• Participate in business development activities, such as pitching and proposal writing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and industry insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized professional body.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS and Indian GAAP.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
