About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
