About the Role
As an Hr Recruiter at Job Junction, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Your primary goal will be to find the best talent for the company's various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates for various job openings, using a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, either in-person or virtually, to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Make job offers to selected candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview notes.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
