The role involves managing client accounts, facilitating communication between the production team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The Account Executive will oversee order management, coordinate deliveries, assist in developing sales strategies, and help strengthen client relationships for long-term business collaborations. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively Sales and negotiation abilities to drive growth and exceed targets Excellent organizational and time management skills for order processing and delivery coordination Attention to detail to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction Proficiency in basic business management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the jewelry or export industries is a plus Understanding of international markets, especially USA, Europe, and the Middle East, is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
