At Jetty AI, we are building production grade AI systems across: agent workflows memory architectures RAG pipelines evaluation systems observability + monitoring layers AI operational dashboards private/local AI runtimes AI copilots multimodal workflows enterprise AI infrastructure You will work directly on real products already being used and deployed. Some of the projects we are actively building include: Longitudinal memory systems for AI wellness products Local first AI agent runtime environments Enterprise RAG systems with advanced retrieval and reranking AI evaluation and hallucination detection pipelines Agent orchestration frameworks Operational dashboards for monitoring AI systems in production AI powered copilots for operations, healthcare, and enterprise workflows React Native mobile experiences deeply integrated with LLM systems We are looking for builders. Tech Stack You should already be comfortable with several of the following: React Native FastAPI PostgreSQL / Supabase / vector databases Python TypeScript AI APIs and LLM integrations RAG pipelines evaluation frameworks observability and monitoring systems operational dashboards and analytics embeddings and retrieval systems backend APIs and distributed systems iOS and Android deployment workflows App Store + Google Play publishing Bonus if you have worked with: LangGraph Ollama Qdrant Grafana OpenTelemetry vLLMs Claude / OpenAI APIs reranking pipelines memory architectures agent frameworks Expo EAS or native mobile release pipelines What makes this role different You will: work directly with founders touch production systems quickly contribute code that ships learn applied AI faster than most enterprise jobs operate with high ownership and autonomy This is a very high growth role. The people who survive here will likely become: founding engineers AI architects startup CTOs product builders There is a 1 month trial period. Rs 50k/month, then Double pay and based on performance bonus But here's the important part: Compensation can increase aggressively within the first month based purely on performance, ownership, speed, and reliability.
