About the Role
As a Customer Support International Voice Process Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers calling in from across the globe. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service via phone calls.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, and utilizing your problem-solving skills to address their concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling times.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Support: Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- International Voice Process: Familiarity with international customer support processes and procedures.
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing): Understanding of BPO principles and practices.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Call Handling: Experience in handling high volumes of customer calls and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and concerns.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and any other languages relevant to the role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
