About the Role We are looking for a high-caliber Data Analyst to partner with the Strategy Head in driving data-led decision making across Marketing and Business functions. The role will own marketing impact measurement, ROI analytics, and executive dashboards, while delivering both recurring and ad-hoc insights across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization cohorts. This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Business. Strong analytical rigor combined with commercial acumen in fintech or capital markets is essential. Responsibilities Marketing & Business Impact Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid, organic, referral, and brand channels. Develop full-funnel attribution models: Impression → Click → Install → KYC → Activation → Revenue. Evaluate CAC, LTV, ARPU, cohort profitability, payback periods, and marginal ROI. Conduct incrementality studies, media mix analysis, and campaign deep-dives. Dashboarding & Reporting Build and maintain strategy-level dashboards covering acquisition, revenue, engagement, retention, and product adoption. Enable self-serve analytics for cross-functional stakeholders. Strategic & Business Analytics Analyze customer trading behaviour across segments (Equity, F&O, Intraday, MTF, etc.). Build segmentation frameworks (new, active, dormant, high-value cohorts). Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle. Conduct scenario modelling and forecasting to support business planning. Deliver data-backed recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA (Analytics / Marketing / Strategy) - preferred. Required Skills Analytical Expertise Strong command of funnel analytics, cohort analysis, retention modelling, and unit economics. Hands-on experience with attribution modelling and incrementality testing. Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into quantitative frameworks. Technical Proficiency Advanced SQL (mandatory) Python for data analysis Advanced Excel / Google Sheets BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) Strong understanding of statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression) Communication & Business Acumen Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives. Experience working with senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Understanding of stock broking and trading revenue models. Familiarity with Equity, Intraday, F&O, and Margin Trading Facility (MTF). Awareness of regulatory ecosystem (SEBI understanding is a plus). Pay range and compensation package Not specified.
