Key Responsibilities · Build and manage long-term relationships with existing investors · Understand clients financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products such as Mutual Funds and Bonds · Regularly engage with clients to share portfolio updates and highlight relevant investment opportunities. · Engage with referred prospects and convert opportunities into active clients · Address client queries, handle objections, and maintain consistent follow-ups · Achieve defined KPI metrics related to business generation and client engagement · Encourage referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities across investment products · Maintain accurate client information and interactions in the CRM system Qualifications & Skills · Learning-first attitude and willingness to build a career in wealth management · Bachelor's degree in any domain · Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply · Strong communication and relationship-building skills · Basic understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds and Bonds · Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
