About the Role

This role involves providing training and placement services for students in the fields of biology, biotechnology, microbiology, nursing, physiotherapy, and biochemistry. As a CCS & IPDRG trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers. You will work closely with students, instructors, and industry partners to design and implement effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for students in the fields of biology, biotechnology, microbiology, nursing, physiotherapy, and biochemistry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
• Work closely with instructors to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of students and industry partners.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to develop and implement new training programs and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, biotechnology, microbiology, nursing, physiotherapy, or biochemistry.
• Experience in training and education, preferably in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, instructors, and industry partners.
• Ability to design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of students and industry partners.
• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in the fields of biology, biotechnology, microbiology, nursing, physiotherapy, and biochemistry.
• Experience with training software and technology, such as learning management systems and online training platforms.
• Certification in training and education, such as a Certified Trainer or Instructional Designer certification.
