About the Role
In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in CDIP (Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner) and placement in medical coding. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn and apply medical coding principles, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation of patient information.
As a CDIP trainee, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in CDIP training programs to develop skills in medical coding and documentation improvement

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical billing, health information management, or a related field)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- CDIP certification or willingness to pursue certification
