About The job Software Engineer Hybrid, Bangalore Full time INTO's mission: Transforming international student academic and career success through exceptional university partnerships. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join one of our Scrum teams to increase our delivery capability. You will be part of a team that deploys multiple times a day via CI/CD pipelines to our managed Kubernetes clusters called ACA around the world. Using event-driven, microservice-based architecture, we build and support products that are used by thousands of users. You will collaborate with Product Managers to design and implement features that align with product objectives while adhering to quality and architectural standards. As a member of an empowered Scrum team, you will actively contribute to the development and support of our products, influencing their direction and evolution. This is a hands-on, full-stack development role. Our tech stack includes .NET 8 and 9, Next.js and Azure. While we currently have several products built in Angular, we are gradually transitioning them to Next.js. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions in a hands-on full-stack role Work in a Scrum team delivering features through frequent CI/CD deployments to Azure Container Apps (ACA) Collaborate closely with Lead Engineers to translate product requirements into practical, scalable solutions Participating in multi-disciplinary, Agile teams creating Digital solutions. Translating user stories into functioning applications. Creating and maintaining efficient, reliable and testable code in line with coding standards. Delivering systems that meet performance and quality goals. Staying up to date with technology developments. Requirements Extensive experience in software/web application development, with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core Strong experience with Angular, React, or Next.js (mandatory) Experience working with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (Azure preferred) Proficiency with Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Familiarity with Cosmos DB and testing frameworks such as xUnit (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex issues and support team members Ability to contribute to technical design discussions and collaborate with Lead Engineers on complex solutions Good understanding of Agile (Scrum) practices, actively participating in team ceremonies Proactive, collaborative team player who raises blockers early and drives continuous improvement Confident communicator who is open to constructive discussions and can challenge ideas positively to improve team outcomes We Grow Together At INTO, we're in the business of growth.
