Role: Freelance Performance MarketerResponsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads YouTube Ads LinkedIn Ads (optional) Generate high-quality leads and improve ROAS Create campaign strategies for lead generation & conversions A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages Track campaign performance using analytics tools Manage ad budgets effectively Coordinate with designers & content team for creatives Prepare weekly performance reports Requirements Proven experience in performance marketing Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads Experience in scaling campaigns profitably Knowledge of funnel building & retargeting Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS metrics Basic knowledge of landing pages & conversion tracking Ability to work independently and deliver results
