About the Role

In this role as an HR Payroll Executive at Integrated Personnel Services (IPS), you will be responsible for managing employee payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with the HR team to implement and manage company policies, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain attendance records.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee payroll, including salary processing, tax compliance, and disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
  • Implement and manage company policies, including attendance management and employee relations.
  • Process PF challans and other HR-related documents.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to resolve employee relations issues and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide support to the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Knowledge of ESIC, PF, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
