Trainer Intern

About the Role

As a Trainer Intern at Instawork, you will alternate between leading live training sessions for data collectors and conducting meticulous quality audits on video recordings. Your daily focus will be to ensure every collector follows strict AI‑training protocols and that the captured footage meets 100% compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom‑style onboarding for new data collectors, breaking down complex guidelines into clear, actionable steps.
• Facilitate live training sessions, managing group dynamics and maintaining authority to keep participants focused.
• Perform real‑time and post‑recording audits, scoring video data against robotics training SOPs and flagging any deviations.
• Maintain accurate logs of training outcomes and audit scores using internal tracking tools.
• Lead knowledge checks, ensuring all candidates achieve at least an 85% pass rate on quizzes.
• Identify recurring errors, propose SOP updates, and present improvement ideas to leadership.
• Make final pass/fail decisions for candidates, enforcing non‑negotiable quality standards without personal bias.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain technical instructions clearly.
• Basic understanding of logistics and data collection workflows.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset to spot patterns in errors.
• Comfortable with a 6‑day work week and 10‑hour shifts; disciplined and punctual.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for logging and reporting.
• Any certification in quality assurance or training (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
• Freshman or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
