About the Role
As an SAP ABAP HR- Developer at Infosys, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP HR modules using ABAP programming language. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and scalable solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP HR modules using ABAP programming language.
- Design and configure SAP HR workflows, reports, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Test and debug SAP HR applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HR technologies and best practices.
- Document and maintain SAP HR code and configurations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language.
- Experience with SAP HR modules and workflows.
- Understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications like SAP ABAP or SAP HR would be an added advantage.
