Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role

This Java Full Stack Developer role involves designing and implementing scalable and robust web applications using Java and related technologies. You will work on building responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or similar frameworks, and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture using Java and related technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or similar frameworks.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote development best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts including pods, deployments, services, ingress/routes, config maps, secrets, and namespaces.
• Experience with Docker, container images, and container registries (e.g., Nexus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and version control systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
