About the Role

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets related to healthcare to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on extracting insights from complex data sets using SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses to store and manage large datasets.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend data analytics solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Excel and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
