About the Role

As a Chartered Accountant - Deal Pricing and Commercial Finance at Infosys, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to determine the optimal pricing strategy for deals, assessing potential risks, and negotiating with clients to secure favorable terms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to determine the optimal pricing strategy for deals, taking into account factors such as market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
• Assess potential risks associated with commercial finance transactions, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
• Negotiate with clients to secure favorable terms, including pricing, payment terms, and other commercial arrangements.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial finance transactions are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in tools such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of commercial finance principles, including pricing strategy, revenue recognition, and risk assessment.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
