Associate QA Engineer

About the Role

As an Associate QA Engineer at Infor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's innovative cloud-based products. You will work closely with software engineers, business analysts, architects, product managers, and development managers to own, advocate, and guard all aspects of QA.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively sharing knowledge and advocating excellence within the department, helping business experts analyze product requirements and formulate testing scenarios, executing testing scenarios, tasks, and reporting their statuses, and escalating issues when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience delivering mutually beneficial customer outcomes.
• Ability to write good quality Test Cases.
• Experience with testing complex large-scale systems (ERP applications).
• Experience with designing tests to mitigate risks and help business analysts define requirements.
• Experience with Test Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or any other tools.
• Experience or knowledge on using automation frameworks like Selenium, Robotframework, or any other automation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
