About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team.
This internship offers practical experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees for document collection and HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of employee information.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and other People & Culture initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn HR processes.
- Available to work from the Noida (Sector 142) office.
