Motion Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality motion graphics, videos, and graphic content that highlights our software products, engages our audience, and strengthens our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing, product, UI/UX, and design teams to deliver compelling product demo videos, social media creatives, promotional campaigns, branding materials, and animated visual content. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong motion graphics skills with creative graphic design expertise while maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets. Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Video Production Create motion graphics, animated videos, product demo videos, explainer videos, and promotional content for software products and marketing campaigns. Edit raw footage into professional, engaging, and brand-aligned video content. Add animations, transitions, motion effects, typography, and visual storytelling elements to enhance video quality and engagement. Develop creative video content optimized for multiple platforms including websites, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and paid ad campaigns. Optimize videos for different formats such as vertical, square, landscape, reels, and shorts. Perform color correction, audio enhancement, rendering, and video optimization for high-quality output. Create engaging animated product walkthroughs, feature highlight videos, intro/outro animations, and marketing videos. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and video production. Graphic Design & Branding Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, infographics, and promotional materials for digital marketing campaigns. Create visually consistent graphics for websites, landing pages, advertisements, and branding initiatives. Develop engaging thumbnails, product mockups, UI visuals, and promotional artwork for online platforms. Support branding activities for product launches, campaigns, events, and company promotions. Ensure brand consistency across all visual and marketing assets. Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and UI/UX teams to create visually compelling campaigns and user-focused content. Key Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Strong expertise in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or related tools. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, transitions, and video compositing techniques. Strong understanding of storytelling, typography, color theory, visual composition, and brand aesthetics. Experience creating product demo videos, animated explainers, and marketing creatives for the software or IT industry is preferred. Ability to create engaging social media creatives and motion content optimized for multiple platforms. Knowledge of AI-based tools and technologies related to video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design is an added advantage. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment. Good communication and collaboration skills.
