• Salary:Rs 3.6 LPA (Post Probation) | Rs 18,000 Stipend During 3-Month Probation

• Employment Type:Full Time | Permanent

## Key Highlights

• Salary:Rs 18,000 monthly stipend for 3 months of probation, Rs 3.6 LPA following confirmation

• Shift:Night Shift (Rotational)

• Bond:2 Years (Rs 2 Lakh penalty to be paid if the bond is breached)

• Educational:Open for B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA graduates only

• Joining:Immediate

• Work Mode:Office-based, 24/7 Support

## Eligibility Criteria

• You must hold one of the following levels: B.Sc, B.Com, B. A or BCA. BBA.

• BE, B.Tech, MCA, and MBA graduates aren’t in the running.

• Excellent English communication skills required

• An understanding of basic Windows OS, MS Office and network concepts is required.

• Students with a positive attitude and a desire to be a student are encouraged to take part in

## Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at Level 1 for hardware and software-related problems.

• Manage password resets, account unlocks, VPN connectivity, Microsoft Teams/Outlook and password reset issues.

• Help users by providing self-help tools as well as basic troubleshooting procedures.

• Track, log and deal with service and incident requests efficiently

• Provide remote diagnostics and assistance for issues that escalate.

• Work with field teams to coordinate hardware-related needs

• Note each ticket and escalate complicated issues to Level 2. Support

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing rapid and precise resolution
