About the Role
As a Financial Service Sales Associate at Indusind Nippon Life Insurance, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing them with tailored financial solutions. Your primary focus will be on selling insurance products and services to individuals and businesses, while also working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of sales software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services.
