About the Role
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly telecaller to support the university's admissions and outreach process. The role involves interacting with prospective students, providing course information, and guiding them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in university programs Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and fees Provide accurate information about academic programs, campus facilities, and career opportunities Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, or email to encourage application completion Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or virtual meetings Assist the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets Address student queries and escalate complex issues when necessary Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Ability to explain academic programs clearly and persuasively Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Positive attitude and ability to engage with students and parents Education & Experience: Minimum: Graduate (preferred in any discipline) Experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, or customer service is an advantage Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
