About the Role

As an Accountant Cum Office Assistant at Indu Prime Financial Solutions, you will be responsible for handling various accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and filing tax returns, and providing administrative support to the team. You will also be involved in data entry, bookkeeping, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including GST and TDS, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, liabilities, and equity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, Share market, and TDS filing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
