The Career Development Officer will be responsible for planning and implementing fundraising initiatives, managing annual giving campaigns, establishing connections with philanthropic partners, and conducting in-depth research to identify potential funding sources. They will also actively communicate with stakeholders to promote the institute's mission and build long-term relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Annual Giving and Fundraising strategies and methodologies Strong skills in Communication and building relationships Experience in Philanthropy and donor engagement Ability to conduct comprehensive Research and data analysis Demonstrated organizational and project management skills Passion for career development and educational initiatives Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in non-profit or academic environments is a plus
