About the Role
In this Out of Hours (OOH) Recruiter role at IMS People, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end bulk recruitment initiatives for international clients, handling high-volume requisitions with rapid turnaround times without compromising on quality.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment, sourcing and attracting candidates for bulk hiring projects across various non-healthcare sectors using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Rapidly source and attract candidates for bulk hiring projects across various non-healthcare sectors using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases (ATS).
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate assessments, pre-screenings, and behavioral interviews (utilizing the STAR method) to ensure high-quality applicant pipelines.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and continuous pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet urgent and fluctuating client demands.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple urgent requisitions simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet daily and weekly SLA/KPI targets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing expectations, providing timely updates, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all candidate data, compliance checks, and progress statuses are accurately updated in the CRM/ATS in real-time.
Skills & Qualifications
- Shift Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working a 9-hour shift within the 11:30 AM to 2:00 AM IST window.
- Weekend Availability: Must be willing to work weekends on a rotational basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with global candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Resilience & Workload Management: Proven ability to remain focused, accurate, and productive under pressure while managing high requisition loads.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and MS Office suite.
- Core Competencies: Prioritization & Time Management, Workload Management, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Customer/Candidate Focus, Resilience & Professionalism.
