Talent & Culture Executive (Human Resources) (Mumbai)

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company's talent acquisition and culture strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and senior leadership. As a Talent & Culture Executive, you will be the driving force behind creating a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition schemes.
• Manage and maintain performance management systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance evaluations and compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, design training programs, and measure their effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging challenges in talent management and culture development.
• Develop and manage budgets for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and HR service providers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in performance management systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Certifications in human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
